Commission and Details
• 5% commission on each confirmed sale
• Cookie length: 90 days
• 5% -8% average conversion rate
• Sales validated weekly to monthly
• Exclusive codes/bespoke landing pages on site available
• We are always open to new and interesting opportunities.
Terms and conditions
VivaStay welcome working with all types of affiliates, including cashback and voucher code affiliates.
VivaStay will not however work with affiliates promoting – Adult, illegal or inappropriate material, these affiliates will be rejected from the campaign.
VivaStay do not wish to work with affiliates using – Malware, spyware or any other, malicious software to force cookies on to a users computer.
Brand terms
1. VivaStay have their own PPC campaign as such additional restrictions apply for PPC affiliates to prevent cannibalization.
2. Please do not bid on VivaStay brand terms, misspellings or variations.
3. Please ensure that VivaStay brand terms are ‘negative match’ in your PPC campaign
4. Please do not bid on ‘brand+generic’ phrases
5. Please ensure that VivaStay brand terms are not used in ad copy
6. Please ensure that you do not link direct-to-site, please do not use your affiliate link as the ‘directory URL’
7. Please do not use the VivaStay URL as the destination URL on ads
8. you are permitted to bid on product brands (so long as this does not conflict with merchant brand terms)
URLs
1. affiliates may not use brand terms in URLS e.g. www.VivaStaysite.com
2. Affiliates may use VivaStay in extensions and subdomains – www.VivaStay.site.com; www.site.com/VivaStay
3. affiliates may not impersonate the VivaStay site
4. if traffic is being sent via PPC, affiliates must create an intermediary landing page, not simply redirect traffic from one URL to VivaStay.
Voucher codes, cashback, freebies
1. affiliates may provide cashback to their users
2. affiliates may leverage off any sales, discounts, special offers and other consumer incentives listed on the VivaStay site and newsletter
